Group Study Rooms

Who can use these rooms?

Study Rooms can be used by groups of students for collaborative work or study (Sorry ATU staff can't use these rooms).

How do I book?

• Rooms can be booked for one hour per student per day. Please note: if you have already booked a study room you won't be able to book a pod on the same day.
• Pick a day, rooms can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
• Choose a room. Some rooms have screens that can be connected to laptops.
• Choose a time and fill in the form with your ATU email address. You'll receive an email with links to either confirm or cancel your booking.

IMPORTANT! You must confirm your booking within the next 30 minutes via your student email.
