Celtic Traditions & the Imbolc Festival Webinar Online

Join ATU Library for this webinar with Bríd Ní Donnacha discussing Celtic Traditions and particularly the Festival of Imbolc which coincides with St Brigid's Day - Lá Fhéile Bríde. It marks the beginning of Spring in Celtic tradition and is the feast day of Ireland's female patron saint St Brigid. Historically, its traditions were widely observed throughout Ireland and across a number of Celtic nations.  Imbolc is one of the four Gaelic seasonal festivals, along with: Bealtaine, Lughnasa and Samhain.
